Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. An incentive bonus may be available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The role involves conducting in-person or video presentations to raise awareness of plan features, enrollment meetings, and participation education. Travel to assigned territories may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses required; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations to inform plan features and grow plan assets.
• Lead enrollment meetings and education sessions for plan sponsors.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and education planning.
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager and VP on education campaigns.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel up to 25% depending on territory.
