Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for the retirement savings plan. The role emphasizes education, enrollment meetings, and financial literacy.

The position is remote with some travel up to 25% and offers a salary with bonus potential along with a comprehensive benefits package and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate on plan features and grow assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments.
