Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees. The role includes conducting presentations—in-person or via video—and educating participants on plan features and participation.

A bonus may be earned based on plan metrics and client satisfaction. This remote position may require up to 25% travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets
• Present enrollment meetings and financial education meetings as requested
• Participate in benefits fairs and new employee orientations
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate about plan participation
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments
