Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. A bonus opportunity is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The role involves presenting plan features to educate participants, supporting benefit fairs, and assisting with plan reviews. Remote work is available with up to 25% travel; strong presentation skills and relevant licenses are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
