Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees enrolled in the applicable retirement savings plan. The role includes an incentive bonus based on predefined plan metrics and is evaluated on client satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities include conducting presentations to highlight plan features, educating participants, and supporting education campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Present enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and literacy sessions as requested by the plan sponsor.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
