Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees.

This remote role involves conducting enrollment and financial education meetings, travel up to 25% for new enrollments, and supporting plan reviews with a focus on participation and deferral improvements. The position offers a salary with bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
