Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role offers an incentive bonus based on predefined plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The position is remote in the United States, with travel up to 25% for new enrollments. Series 7/66 licenses and insurance licenses are preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Compensation includes commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Presentation skills are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
• Licenses: Series 7, Series 66 and state insurance licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory up to 25% may be required.
