Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant for a remote position. You will provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees in retirement savings programs, with incentive bonuses tied to plan metrics and client satisfaction.

You will conduct enrollment meetings, financial education sessions, and participate in fairs, orientations, and annual reviews while supporting education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Series 7/66 and state licenses preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
