Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7/66 licenses preferred and state insurance licenses required.
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group presentations to educate on plan features.
• Participate in benefit fairs, orientations, and plan reviews.
• Support education campaigns to improve participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and benefits.
• Travel up to 25% may be required for new enrollments.
