Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant in a remote-capable role, supporting plan sponsors and employees with retirement savings education and enrollment.

Travel up to 25% may be required as part of territory coverage. The role emphasizes presenting to groups and individuals, building participation and education programs, and collaborating with Relationship Managers to drive plan results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses required/preferred and appropriate state licenses.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Present enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations; assist with annual plan review and education planning.
