Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees in eligible retirement plans. This remote role offers bonus opportunities based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

You will educate participants, participate in plan reviews, and support enrollment efforts. The position requires Series 7/66 and state insurance licenses; CFP/ChFC are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
