Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; state licenses as applicable.
• CFP or ChFC designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group enrollment meetings to explain plan features.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Support annual plan reviews and education planning.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to improve participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel up to your territory may be required.
