Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees in applicable retirement savings plans. You will conduct enrollment meetings and financial literacy sessions, presenting in person or via video, to improve plan awareness and assets.

Remote role with bonus potential and a robust benefits package; occasional travel up to 25% may be required to meet clients and enroll new plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
