Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Service Trade Associate to provide dedicated service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will work with internal Trade teams to address plan-level investment changes, model additions, maintenance and self-direct brokerage setup, delivering retirement plan expertise and proactive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include building relationships across departments, delivering timely service, and protecting confidential data.
