Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Service Trade Associate to provide exceptional service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will work with the internal Trade team to address plan level investment changes, maintenance and brokerage setup, delivering retirement plan expertise and value-added consulting.

The role requires 1–3 years of client experience in financial services, strong communication, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service to partners and plan sponsors.
• Support the Trade Services teams to deliver quality results.
