Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Service Trade Associate to provide client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors. You will serve as a resource for plan sponsors and financial advisors on plan level investment change requests, model additions, maintenance and self-direct brokerage setup, working with the internal Trade team to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear and professional communication with all levels in the organization and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate to meet common goals.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines.
