Ascensus seeks a Client Service Trade Associate in the United States to support plan sponsors, intermediaries and partners with trade-related requests and issue resolution. You will work with internal Trade teams to deliver retirement plan expertise and superior service.

The role emphasizes proactive client service, effective communication, and collaboration across departments, with an expectation of 1–3 years in financial services and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple priorities.
