Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. A bonus opportunity is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The role involves presenting enrollment meetings, educating participants, and traveling as needed. A remote position currently in scope, with compensation historically ranging $60,000-$70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills are required.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Licensing: Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; state licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to raise awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates; meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
