Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan.

You will conduct individual and group presentations, participate in benefit fairs and orientations, assist with annual plan reviews, and help education campaigns to increase participation; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Series 7/66 licenses or appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
