The candidate will drive retail software implementations from discovery through go-live, own project plans, and lead workshops with executives, while translating fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across accounts.
• Strong customer-facing delivery and executive communication.
• Experience in fashion and apparel retail domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Translate fashion/APPAREL requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and reviews.
• Support discovery and solution scoping during pre-sales.
