Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America, working remotely from the US East Coast. The role requires 30%+ travel across the US and Canada and hands-on delivery of retail technology implementations.

You will own project plans, milestones, dependencies and risks, translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams, and run customer workshops and delivery reviews

Qualifications

Experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Deliver retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment and ability to advance complex projects with limited teams.
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and maintain customer relationships.
Willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops and executive conversations with clarity.
Support discovery and scoping during pre-sales.
