Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail operations.
• Delivered retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to drive complex projects with minimal team.
• Experience juggling priorities across multiple projects and customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly in a senior IC role.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
