Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

The role covers discovery to go-live, owning plans, mitigating risks, translating fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams, and leading workshops and delivery reviews with customers.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
A track record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort in a senior individual contributor role with regular travel.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
