Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive discovery, scoping, and delivery with fashion and apparel retail clients. You will partner with customers and product teams to translate retail requirements into practical solutions, guide workshops, and ensure on-time,

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Ability to move complex projects forward with limited team support.
Experience managing multiple priorities and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort working as a senior individual contributor with regular travel.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
