Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail.
• Delivered retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Able to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Experienced managing priorities across multiple projects.
• Willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution.
• Turn fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and reviews.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
