Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on, remote, US-based role with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive end-to-end retail software implementations, own project plans and engage with fashion retail stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Experience with fashion and apparel retail processes (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimization).
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Strong delivery judgment and customer presence.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
