Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to drive complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. The role is remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel to the US and Canada.

You will own project plans, lead workshops, and ensure successful implementation from discovery through go-live, coordinating with product and technical teams in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fashion and apparel retail experience (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, or inventory optimization)
• Delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites
• Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and customer relationships
• Willingness to travel regularly as a senior IC

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live across North America.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
• Translate fashion retail needs into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive conversations with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery and scoping activities during pre-sales.
