You will own project plans, milestones and risks, translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams, and lead workshops and delivery reviews with customers.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
• Proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
