AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking a Retail Processing Trainer who will design and deliver training programs to boost performance across processing teams. This new role focuses on onboarding, process adherence, and performance support in a remote Texas environment.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop curricula, and manage all phases of training interventions, ensuring training aligns with company values and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Training or a similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Know-how of residential mortgage industry at entry–intermediate level.
• Familiar with regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Intermediate mortgage industry experience.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and translate into trainings.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results.
• Periodically evaluate programs to reflect changes and stay current with trends.
