Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC is seeking a Retail Processing Trainer to design and deliver training for our processing teams, focusing on onboarding, process adherence, and performance support. This new role will help ensure consistent learning experiences aligned with our core values.

You will conduct needs assessments, create curriculum, and manage all phases of training interventions to boost workplace performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Training or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Intro to mid knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending.
• Intro to mid knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Intermediate mortgage industry experience.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
