Qualifications

• Entry to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry and related services.
• Entry to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Intermediate mortgage industry experience.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and translate requirements into trainings.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results; deliver courses and assess effectiveness.
• Periodically evaluate programs to reflect changes and stay updated on trends in employee development.
