Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution and grow our presence across a Georgia territory. You’ll lead in-store strategies, optimize displays, and build strong relationships with store teams to deliver top-notch service.

In this role, you’ll manage a mix of full-time and part-time merchandisers, plan growth, and ensure compliant operations. A strong sales background and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Drug test, MVR and background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts by using retail selling methodologies and customer plans.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers to achieve flawless execution.
• Provide on-site sales consulting to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering and in-store display execution in collaboration with FTOWs.
