Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Indiana to lead Direct Store Delivery and build strong customer relationships. You will energize retail execution across your territory, optimizing displays and solving in-store challenges to drive snack sales.

You will manage a team of Merchandisers, plan growth strategies, and collaborate with store staff to ensure flawless rollout of priorities. Travel within the territory is required, with a focus on performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or field sales with ability to manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work weekends/holidays as required.
