Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across a multi-city U.S. territory. You will lead merchandising teams, optimize in-store execution, and build strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional snacking brands.

You will develop data-driven sales strategies, coach staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations while achieving sales targets and expanding the territory.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans.
• Lead and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
