Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Minnesota to lead in-store execution across a defined territory. You will hit sales targets, coach Merchandisers, drive in-store merchandising programs, and build strong relationships with store teams while delivering HQ initiatives and data-driven growth strategies.

Candidates must reside within 40 miles of listed cities, be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be prepared for flexible weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as part of field duties.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to maximize service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
