Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across several Minnesota cities. You will lead Direct Store Delivery, build relationships with store personnel, and energize the territory with strong retail execution.

The role focuses on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, coaching Merchandisers, and coordinating with HQ programs while ensuring safe, compliant operations. A strong background in sales and experience with retail systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers.
• Drive in-store execution and rollout of priority programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
