Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across a broad Minnesota territory, including Shakopee and nearby cities. You will lead DSD execution, build strong customer relationships, coach Merchandisers, roll out merchandising programs, and plan growth based on store needs.

This full-time role offers a base salary ranging from $56,200 to $77,275 plus a competitive bonus, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize Resources: Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
