Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across Minnesota cities within a remote-capable setup. You’ll drive DSD effectiveness, build strong retailer relationships, and energize the territory to boost snack sales.

You will manage merchandisers, plan data-driven growth, and ensure flawless rollout of priorities. Salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally more.
• Drug test, MVR check and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers; drive performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel for growth.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
• Operate within safety and company guidelines.
