Job summary

Mondeléz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a defined Virginia territory. You’ll drive Direct Store Delivery, build partnerships with store teams, and energize displays to maximize sales of iconic brands.

You’ll manage a team of merchandisers, plan growth, and ensure compliant operations while delivering top-tier service to retailers. This role requires strong sales experience and a hands-on approach to retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory and perform field duties.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: manage a team of merchandisers from hiring to coaching.
• Drive Execution Excellence: ensure flawless rollout of priorities and programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: develop partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Optimize Resources: deploy merchandisers and writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables.
• Own the Cadence: design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: operate within safety and operational guidelines.
