Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a broad Virginia-based territory. The role drives Direct Store Delivery, builds strong customer relationships, and energizes stores with top-tier merchandising and programs.

You’ll optimize displays, plan growth, and mentor a team of merchandisers, while upholding safety and compliance standards. The position is fully remote with a base focus on domestic accounts and a salary range that reflects market

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting to 25 lbs, sometimes more).
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
• Mondelēz offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance.
