Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a defined AZ territory. You will drive Direct Store Delivery, build strong retailer partnerships, and energize shelves with Mondelez brands.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Base salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 plus a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Able to pass drug test, MVR check, and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers within the territory.
• Ensure in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to local store needs.
• Cultivate store partnerships and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment for shelf impact and volume.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships.
• Operate safely within company guidelines.
