Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store success across AZ markets. You’ll drive Direct Store Delivery, build strong retailer relationships, and energize the territory with strategic merchandising and sales execution.

You will manage a team of Merchandisers, optimize displays, and roll out priorities with a focus on growth, efficiency, and compliance. A strong customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program available.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs to grow territory.
