Job summary

Snif is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to own the end-to-end process of retail orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and fulfillment partners to keep orders moving and resolve issues early.

Based remotely with occasional travel, you will help shape processes, reporting, and tools as the company expands its retail distribution, reporting to the VP of Operations and supporting retailer readiness across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations in consumer products
• Experience handling national retailer orders from receipt to invoicing
• Experience with multiple distribution centers and retailer routing/compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience monitoring EDI transactions and resolving issues
• Experience working with third-party warehouses and transportation partners

Responsibilities

• Own daily order management across retail channels (Ulta, Ulta International, Amazon) and future distribution
• Validate PO data, pricing, quantities, inventory availability, and delivery requirements; resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with Procurement/Inventory to identify shortages and communicate risks with actions
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices; reconcile quantities and resolve discrepancies
• Own retail order-execution readiness for new retailer/item launches with cross-functional teams
• Maintain order records and reporting by retailer and DC; drive process improvements
