Job summary

Snif is a fast-growing fragrance brand seeking a Retail Operations Manager to own end-to-end retail order flow from receipt to invoicing across Ulta, Amazon, and other channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and fulfillment partners to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate invoicing.

You’ll drive process improvements, manage multiple distribution centers, and support new retailer launches while working within a remote team based in New York City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale order management or retail operations experience.
• Experience handling national retailer orders from receipt to invoicing.
• Experience with multiple distribution centers and retailer routing requirements.
• Hands-on with EDI transactions and operational issues resolution.
• Experience with third-party warehouses and fulfillment partners.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data reconciliation.
• Ability to explain risks and escalate decisions as needed.
• Clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own daily order management across retail channels and future distribution expansion.
• Validate PO data, pricing, quantities, inventory, and delivery requirements; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Inventory to address shortages and priorities.
• Coordinate with fulfillment providers to meet retailer requirements and shipping docs.
• Monitor EDI transactions and retailer portals; resolve missing or rejected documents.
• Prepare invoices and reconcile shipments with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate chargebacks and prepare dispute documentation with deadlines.
• Own retail order-execution readiness for new retailer launches.
• Maintain accurate order records by retailer and distribution center; track next actions.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, service, and efficiency.
