Zusammenfassung

Snif is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Manager to own retail order execution from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing as we expand distribution. You will work with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and partners to ensure clear requirements and on-time commitments.

This role involves collaborating across departments, resolving inventory and shipment issues, and scaling processes for new retailers. A remote team environment with ~10–20% travel supports our NYC-based operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in wholesale order management or retail operations.
• Experience managing national retailer orders from receipt to invoicing.
• Experience with multiple distribution centers and retailer routing compliance.
• Hands-on monitoring of EDI transactions and operational error diagnosis.
• Experience with third-party warehouses and transportation partners.

Aufgaben

• Own daily order management across wholesale and retail channels, including major retailers and future distribution.
• Validate incoming orders against item data, pricing, inventory, and delivery requirements; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Inventory to identify shortages and prioritize fulfillment.
• Coordinate with fulfillment providers to meet retailer requirements and verify documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices; resolve discrepancies and deductions with Finance.
• Own readiness for new retailer/item launches with clear handoffs to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate order records and reporting by retailer and DC; drive improvements in processes.
• Provide actionable insights to improve accuracy, service, and efficiency.
