Job summary

Snif is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to own how retail orders move from receipt through fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing as distribution expands. You will be the primary owner for retail order execution, resolving exceptions, and escalating inventory or spending decisions as needed.

You will work with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance and fulfillment partners to ensure clear requirements and commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations experience within a consumer products business.
• Experience managing national retailer orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing, resolving exceptions across teams and partners.
• Experience supporting multiple distribution centers and meeting retailer routing and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience monitoring EDI transactions and working with providers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Own daily order management across retail channels (Ulta, Ulta International, Amazon and future distribution).
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners to meet retailer requirements for order confirmation, routing, labeling, shipping docs, pickup and delivery.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices; reconcile quantities; investigate and document chargebacks.
• Own readiness for new retailer/item launches with clear handoffs to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain order records and reporting by retailer and distribution center; seek process improvements.
