Job summary

Snif is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to own how our wholesale orders move from receipt through fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing as we expand distribution. You will be the primary owner for retail order execution, resolving issues quickly and coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and partners.

This hands-on role reports to the VP of Operations and supports a remote team with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wholesale order management or retail operations within consumer products.
• Experience managing national retailer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Experience coordinating multiple distribution centers and meeting retailer routing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own daily order management across retail channels (Ulta, Amazon, etc.).
• Coordinate with fulfillment to meet retailer requirements for order confirmation and delivery.
• Prepare invoices and reconcile quantities; resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Own readiness for new retailer launches, including data checks and workflows.
• Maintain accurate order records and reporting by retailer and distribution center; drive process improvements.
