Job summary

Snif, a fast-growing fragrance startup in the United States, seeks an experienced Wholesale Order Manager to own daily order management across retail channels. You will validate purchase orders against inventory and delivery requirements, coordinating with fulfillment and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations experience.
• Hands-on EDI monitoring and resolution, plus experience with third-party warehouses and retailer portals.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a track record of improving operational processes.
