Snif in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Manager to lead wholesale order management from PO to invoicing. The role supports retailer channels including Ulta, Amazon, and future partners, with 10–20% travel and a remote team.

You will coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics, ensure EDI and retailer compliance, and drive launch readiness with distribution partners. Strong Excel skills and 3+ years in consumer products are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations experience in consumer products.
• Experience with retailer channels and multiple distribution centers is preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciliation across orders, inventory, shipments and invoices.
• Familiarity with OpenText, ShipIQ, Partners Online or similar retailer systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Wholesale order management from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Retailer routing, compliance coordination and issue resolution.
• EDI transaction monitoring and exception handling with retailers.
• Coordination with third-party warehouses and transport partners for order fulfillment.
• Order, inventory, shipment, and invoice reconciliation across retailers and DCs.
• Lead readiness for retailer launches with distribution partners.
