Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will guide implementations from discovery to go-live, manage project plans and risks, and collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions for fashion and apparel retailers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail with planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• Delivered retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited or no large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
